Practice Manager

Paula joined Britt Road Animal Hospital as Practice Manager in August 2025, bringing with her nearly two decades of experience in veterinary medicine and a deep passion for patient care. After earning a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Central Florida, Paula entered the veterinary field in 2006, inspired by her first Italian Greyhound, Kobe. What began as a veterinary assistant role soon grew into a 17-year career that has spanned multiple areas of veterinary care, culminating in her expertise in team leadership and management.

With a special soft spot for senior pets and a lifelong love of cats, Paula brings empathy and dedication to every aspect of her work. At home, she shares her life with Indy, her 17-year-old Italian Greyhound, and two beloved cats, Goblin and Athena.

Outside the hospital, Paula enjoys concerts, supporting the local rock and metal scene, spending time with friends and loved ones, and visiting Disney parks. Her mix of experience, compassion, and leadership helps make Britt Road Animal Hospital a welcoming and trusted place for pets and their families.
